Great pools and friendly staff! Had no cot in the room, but still nice.

Plentiful breakfasts with ability to choose food by yourself and food by yourself, for example.

The spacious room, and with all its belongings

I didn't like the time the girls had to make the room, 2 pm, they came when we were eating.

The spacious one-bedroom apartments are a decent size for a family, complete with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The location is prime, with easy access to a large supermarket directly across a busy road, perfect for stocking up on supplies. Plus, the restaurant serves reasonably priced meals that are surprisingly delicious, often outperforming options in nearby locations.

Noise from the bars in the area can be an issue at night, especially for rooms facing the street. Wi-Fi connectivity is especially unreliable in certain rooms, which can be a hassle if you're trying to get work done or stream anything. The kitchen facilities in the apartments lack essential items. A bit of a letdown for a place that claims to have a four-star rating, with some guests feeling that the overall experience didn't quite measure up to that standard.

Had a one-bedroom apartment with pool view. Super spacious and comfy living area. A large balcony that was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchenette was well-equipped, made cooking easy. Cleaned daily, fresh towels were a nice touch. Totally enjoyed the pool view too!

Size, cleanliness and location of the floor. It was perfect for a stay of several days for three or four people. Near the accommodation there were many supermarkets and restaurants. Easy to park in the street (at least in low season). About ten minutes walk from the center of Albufeira and as many from the busiest streets of the city.

There was a lack of cleaning material in the kitchen. There was no internet in the apartment just at the reception.

Amplitude and location.

Too much traffic noise in the room. Noises from guests at night. There is no control in the pool with towels reserving hammocks all day.

The location is amazin, just a 15 min walk to both old town and new town. Loads of shops and cafes around. Staff are suuuper helpful with tips for beaches and stuff, and the pools are nice too. Having a balcony was cool, and the room was pretty spacious for the price. Free parking outside was a lifesaver!

The check-in was a bit rough since the receptionist got distracted by a phone call during our convo. The noise from karaoke at the bar could get really loud at night and disrupt your sleep.

The swimming pools and the amplitude of the apartment

The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired.. The hotel is fine, but not like a 4-star... more like a 3-star.

Loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying a delicious breakfast buffet each morning! The wellness area was a fantastic escape, especially the outdoor pool and sun loungers. Just a heads up, the sound from nearby entertainment can be a little distracting at times, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

High standard room with great facilities, affable staff - everything was nice. Marvellous very central location close enough to the 'must see' cliffs at Falasia, and the Old Town.
